Dr Adeel Ali

Implant Growth Academy Founder & Internationally Renowned Clinician

Dr Adeel Ali, founder of the Advanced Academy of Dentistry, is an internationally renowned clinician known for his advanced surgical skills and passion for patient care. After earning his MJDF RCS from the Royal College of Surgeons, he trained under Professor Hilt Tatum, a pioneer in implant dentistry. In addition to performing implant procedures across multiple practices in the UK and the Middle East, Dr Ali is a trainer, mentor, and dental implant lead at the Dental Care Group.

Dr Victor Gehani

Academy Educator (Restorative and Prosthodontics)

Victor Gehani qualified in 2000 and, after training at the Eastman Dental Institute, began working in General Dental Practice in the UK. He holds multiple postgraduate qualifications, including an MSc in Implantology and fellowships from the ICOI and IADFE. An honorary Fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy, Victor is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and co-directs the Advanced Centre of Excellence (ACE), a postgraduate training academy in Prosthodontics and Restorative Dentistry.

Dr Anup Ladva

Dr Anup Ladva is a highly experienced dentist specialising in advanced prosthodontics and primary care, with over 20 years in practice. A graduate of King’s College London, he earned an MClinDent in Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics with Distinction and now teaches on the same programme. Passionate about ethical, high-quality care, he mentors young dentists and offers hands-on courses focused on advanced techniques and problem-solving.

Dr Bharath Puttur

Academy Educator (Complex Implantology)

Bharath has over 20 years of experience in the specialty of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, which began with his BDS degree in 2004 from India. Following this, he trained at the Royal London Hospital, completing the PGDDS course in 2007, with a focus on Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Oral Medicine. His extensive training in craniofacial distraction, trauma management, orthognathic surgery, along with head and neck skin surgery at various units including University Hospital Coventry, Southampton General Hospital, and Peterborough City Hospital, has shaped him into the surgeon he is today.

Session 3 | Surgical Technique: Nerve Lateralisation for Implants
