Dr Adeel Ali
Implant Growth Academy Founder & Internationally Renowned Clinician
Dr Adeel Ali, founder of the Advanced Academy of Dentistry, is an internationally renowned clinician known for his advanced surgical skills and passion for patient care. After earning his MJDF RCS from the Royal College of Surgeons, he trained under Professor Hilt Tatum, a pioneer in implant dentistry. In addition to performing implant procedures across multiple practices in the UK and the Middle East, Dr Ali is a trainer, mentor, and dental implant lead at the Dental Care Group.
Dr Victor Gehani
Academy Educator (Restorative and Prosthodontics)
Victor Gehani qualified in 2000 and, after training at the Eastman Dental Institute, began working in General Dental Practice in the UK. He holds multiple postgraduate qualifications, including an MSc in Implantology and fellowships from the ICOI and IADFE. An honorary Fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy, Victor is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and co-directs the Advanced Centre of Excellence (ACE), a postgraduate training academy in Prosthodontics and Restorative Dentistry.
Dr Shaam Shamsi

Shaam Shamsi has been a GDP for 30 years and works in the heart of Staffordshire in the Midlands. He has been involved with Foundation Training involved as a TPD since 2008 with NHS England Midlands running the Stoke & Stafford Scheme. His main passion lies in the teaching and educational side of Dentistry having a background in the Medico-Legal side of the profession. He lectures for many dental institutions across the country.

Course Schedule
Day 1 | Foundations and Hands-On Practice
- Morning: Engaging lectures on full-arch immediate-load and essential workflows.
- Afternoon: Hands-on practice on models, focusing on implant placement and restoration. Introduction to advanced pterygoid and nasomaxillary implants.
- Evening: Networking dinner with peers.
Day 2 | Live Surgery Observation & Workflow Insights
- Morning: Observe live surgery featuring immediate load implants and explore the lab workflow first-hand.
- Afternoon: Deep dive into workflows and medicolegal aspects of full-arch immediate load treatments.
Day 3 | Advanced Immediate Load Surgery
- Morning: Case discussions.
- Afternoon: Each delegate will perform full jaw surgeries in pairs, focusing on immediate load. Each participant will alternate roles and be fully supported by a dedicated sedationist and implant nurse.
Day 4 | Mastering Complex Surgical Cases
- Morning: Insightful case discussions.
- Afternoon: Delegates will work in pairs again and will perform their third and fourth arch surgeries assisted by a sedationist and an implant nurse.
Day 5 | First and Second Arch Restorations
- Full Day: Restoration of the first and second arches, using analogue and digital methods respectively. This day includes hands-on practice with impressions, verification jigs, and digital scans with photogrammetry.
Day 6 | Try-In Session
- Full Day: Conduct analogue and digital try-ins for the first and second arches, respectively. This day concludes with comprehensive case discussions to consolidate learning.
Day 7 | Course Conclusion
- Morning: Final fits and case discussions to review outcomes and share experiences.
- Afternoon: Learn the secrets to scaling your implant practice with an exclusive lecture focused on the business side of immediate implants. Delegates will learn transformative growth strategies to enhance patient satisfaction, scale their business and leverage innovative approaches to attract more leads and maximise profitability.
